Take the Lid Off!
Recently I made myself a cup of coffee at work with the Keurig machine. However, within a few seconds I heard "drip, drip, drip" and wondered why it was leaking. When I went to the machine to investigate, I realized I had neglected to remove the lid of the travel mug that I was attempting to use.
