My name is Pam Dow. I chose the title of my blog "Focus Upward" because that is what the Lord challenged me to do, to "focus" on Him.

So, here I am blogging. Who would have thought? God did! Words have been spoken over me in the last few years that I would write both in word and in songs. I think I've been resisting it, but the Lord won't let it go...so here I am. I want to be faithful to this journey that He has called me to and pray that someone else will be blessed along the way.
