Chapter 3 from "Uninvited" by Lysa TerKeurst took me on a journey to "live loved" and to step away from the busyness of life. I love the quote in the picture. Jesus was never in a hurry. I was even more thrilled when I noticed the italicizes words form an acronym. (Yes, I love acronyms and just shared one a few days ago.) In order to "live loved" I need to ADD these 3 things to my life: Abiding, Delighting, Dwelling.

I need abide in Christ, because apart from Him I can do NOTHING! John 15:4-5. If I delight myself in Him; He will give me the desires of my heart. Psalm 37:4 Acutally, I think my heart desires become aligned with His. When I dwell in the secret place with Jesus, I remain, stable and protected in the shadow of the Almighty and my foes cannot withstand His power. Psalm 91:1

As Lysa shares "God's love isn't based on me, it's simply placed on me..I should live...loved"

Jesus, my prayer today is that we will learn to abide, delight, and dwell in You, so we can "live loved".
