Psalm 126:1-3:
"When the Lord changed Zion’s circumstances for the better,it was like we had been dreaming. 2 Our mouths were suddenly filled with laughter; our tongues were filled with joyful shouts. It was even said, at that time, among the nations, 'The Lord has done great things for them!' 3 Yes, the Lord has done great things for us, and we are overjoyed."
This Scripture was part of a talk a friend recently gave at a retreat. She reminded us to not allow our circumstances determine our joy.
We need to choose joy! She also asked how can we can have childlike faith? What can we do to water the seeds of joy in our lives?
I want to surround myself with His word, His people and His presence.
How will you choose joy today?
