The other morning I was reading James 3:1-12 which talks about the tongue and whether or not it can be controlled. Verse 2 reads, "For we all stumble in many ways. If anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is mature..." I don't know about you, but many times I have felt that I've said the wrong thing, in the wrong way, or at the wrong time. Has anyone else experienced that? 

I believe in our journey to be more Christ-like, we want to reach maturity. However, it is a lifelong journey and may never be fully realized here on Earth. So, each day, I will continue to ask Holy Spirit to fill me with His power, so that I may speak blessings instead of curses over myself and toward others.
