It's Friday...what a joy to sleep in and wake up to a new day...a day full of potential.  Jesus, what do You have in store for me today as we partner together? I'm learning that this life is not so much about choosing A or B, but listening for Your voice, seeing where You are working, and joining You in that work. 

Thank You, God, for allowing me to see my friend again. She had such joy in what I felt like was a small gesture of kindness by giving her the walker caddy last week. She shared how so many of her friends asked where she got her new "bag." She seemed so pleased to tell others that it was a gift given to her by a new friend! I had no idea what the potential would be of that small gift. 

Lord, Your word says that Your mercies are new every day, great is Your faithfulness. Each day brings about a new possibility to see You work. May I be open and aware of that potential. 

"God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out, His merciful love couldn’t have dried up. They’re created new every morning. How great your faithfulness! I’m sticking with God (I say it over and over). He’s all I’ve got left." Lamentations 3:22-24 (The Message)
